The chair came in two boxes, but my daughter in law was able to move in the house and put them together in less than 15 minutes! She said it went together just as the instructions said, and easily! Which was a big load off my mind, since I’m not as mobile as I once was! As for shipping, it came in just a few days! The chair it self was high quality, let my daughter pick the color, and fits the decor without a problem! Heat and massage work just fine and is very comfortable at any of the multiple positions! I’m a 6’2”, 225 pounds, so it’s big and sturdy enough for me! I was always concerned with the height of the lift getting me high enough so my daughter didn’t have to help me get up anymore, no problems there either, this is just the ticket, because my knees just can’t do the job anymore! But now I can get up every time with no help! As I said in the title, this chair has been as advertised!
