RETURN PROCESS:

If you are not satisfied with our products, we support returns of items purchased from our website within 60 days of the date of purchase. To receive a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, without any damage.

First, send an email to services@restreal.com informing you of the reason for your return and requesting a refund. We will respond to your email within 24 hours and if your return request is accepted, we will send you a return address or provide you with a return label. Unaccepted returns will not be accepted.
Second, after receiving our reply email, you need to return the product within 72 hours and provide the tracking number and other information.
We will refund your money after receiving the goods and confirming that they are correct.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

1. If the return is due to customer's preference, size, color, etc., the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs..
2. If the return is due to broken products, damaged packaging, unusable products, etc., Resteal is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Note: No return handling fee will be charged to the consumer for the return of the product.

REFUND:

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the return is approved for a refund. If approved, we will automatically refund you within 2 business days for the original method of payment. After the refund is initiated, you will receive a refund confirmation from us. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

    Damaged or Defective Items (Exchange/Return):

    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please let us know as soon as possible, so we may provide a full refund, or an exact replacement if the item is currently available. In the event of damage to the item, Restreal is responsible for all costs incurred in the return or exchange of the item. Please contact us at services@restreal.com before returning or exchange the item.
