Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 60 days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request. Any request after 60 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us by email services@restreal.com at first.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 60 days after you receive them.
  • All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.

Non-returnable items:

  • Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.

Return Process

Step 1: Please send an email to the customer service mailbox services@restreal.com. We will process the email within 24 hours and report the processing result; If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted).

Step 2: After getting the reply email, please return the product within 48 hours and provide the tracking number;

eg: No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

When to Receive Refund:

You will receive the refund from us within one week when we receive the returned product. If you do not receive the refund within the deadline, please contact us via the customer service email services@restreal.com

    Damaged or Defective Items (Exchange/Return):

    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please let us know as soon as possible, so we may provide a full refund, or an exact replacement if the item is currently available. Please contact us at services@restreal.com before returning the item.
