Shipping Delays:

If you do not receive your package over 15 business days of the ship date, please contact support and we will start an investigation with the shipper (FedEx). This can take up to 10 business days to complete. We understand this can frustrating, but once the investigation has been completed RESTREAL will do our best to make this right.

The tracking number will be emailed to you.
When your order is shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation with the tracking information. Please allow up to 1-2 business days after you receive the tracking number for your shipper to update the tracking information.
