Shipping
We offer free shipping in the US via UPS.
Currently, we do not ship anywhere else internationally, but stay tuned!
It depends on where you are.
Delivery time in most areas is between 5-9 days (excluding weekends).
Payment & Ordering
We can accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
If your credit card is declined there may be a few reasons why: the card has no funds available, you entered the wrong CSV security code, the card is expired, you entered the wrong billing information, the card does not allow internet purchases (card not present purchases), there is a hold on the card. In any event by calling your issuing bank they can tell you why the card is declining.
Solutions: try a different credit card or try using PayPal as your checkout method (they accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club.
Absolutely!!! Our Secure Software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts your credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
We always do our best to accommodate order cancels and changes within 1 hour of your purchase. If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, please email at asjmrstore@gmail.com. To ensure our customers receive their orders as soon as possible, our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, which leaves a short window to cancel or change an order, but we’ll do our best to try and help!
Within 1-2 business days of placing your order, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number letting you know your order is on its way. If you don’t receive one, please check your “promotions” or “spam” folder, since sometimes it can end up there.
You can only use one promo code per order. If you’ve come across two valid ASJMR promo codes in the wild, pick the one that you want to use more
Return & Refunds

Once you have alerted us you wish to make a return through an email contact. We will email you a link to start the easy return process.
The refund will go back onto the same card you used to place the order with us, and will be paid back to you via a return transaction. Please allow 3-5 days for the funds to show in your account.

We never resell returned bedding. We donate gently used returns to local shelters and other charities. When items aren’t in condition to donate, we partner with textile recycling facilities. Our goal is for zero ASJMR products to end up in landfills.
